OI 2026: Official Call for Papers – Invitation to Research Scholars
BOS Labs proudly announces the Conference on Organoid Intelligence
(ICOI 2026). We invite research scholars, doctoral candidates, and scientists to submit
original research papers exploring the frontier of biological computing.
Submission Deadline: September 15, 2026
Submission Portal: Please submit your abstracts and full manuscripts via email to
boslabsin@gmail.com. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to
meet international scholarly standards.
The Convergence: Organoid Intelligence & Cognitive Paradigms
Organoid Intelligence (OI) & Biological Computing Organoid Intelligence represents
a paradigm shift from silicon-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) to systems that harness
the self-organizing computational power of 3D human neural cultures. Unlike classical AI,
which relies on static data processing, OI systems emulate biological adaptability, energy
efficiency, and high-dimensional information processing intrinsic to living neural networks.
Beyond AI: Bridging Biological Systems and Universal Consciousness Principles
The pursuit of Organoid Intelligence finds deep resonance in ancient philosophical
frameworks regarding the nature of the mind, which traditionally viewed human
intelligence as a micro-reflection of universal cognitive order. Rather than treating
consciousness as a mere byproduct of mechanical computation, classical wisdom traditions
historically conceptualized the mind as an interconnected vessel of universal intelligence.
While modern AI attempts to simulate intelligence via linear logic and algorithmic
training, advanced biological computing emphasizes that true intelligence emerges from
the integration of living structures. By advancing Biological Computing, we are moving
toward a model where intelligence is an inherent property of living biological systems,
transcending traditional silicon architecture.
Our research initiative aims to bridge this gap, utilizing modern neuroscience to validate
foundational principles regarding biological systems and their unmatched computational
capacities.
